Having run for 2 years on a ZIP Eagle honda cadet from 2015-2016. Here's what I found most effective.....let the gyppos take it away for scrap metal and get yourself a synergy.
The Eagle was very soft and ALWAYS had to be put back in a jig to straighten it, even just light kerbing would kick up a rear or front tube. Getting a Synergy was best thing I ever did, it can take a royal battering and still stay straight.
We recently shunted and wrote off our 2017 synergy which was designed around the low-grip hard LS2 tyre, unfortunatley my lad broke his arm in the process, but now fully recovered .....but I kept the 2016 frame so have put that back into action as the grippier softer SL3 tyre is back......he is going like the clappers.
