Just check the relative numbers of deaths that occurred while building the Greek Olympic Stadia where health and safety rules were.... not as tight as we'd like and then look at the numbers of deaths that have occurred while building OUR Olympic Stadia.

Then tell me that we should have allowed Greek levels to apply here.

There is simply no contest! I happen to rather like the building workers of the UK and would prefer that as few as possible died while building stuff for me. If you don't care about their health... then you are probably in the minority!

Of COURSE it's gone over-the-top in some ways BUT... it's better that than the numbers of dealths we WOULD have had without H&S!

And remember, you could EASILY have been one of those deaths, whatEVER trade you are in!
