I had another look at this and decided the only good way to do it was cut the sprockets in half but not before reaming two opposite holes to 8mm. I made and fitted two top hat bushes to the carrier and fitted them so the 8mm section locates the 8mm reamed hole in the sprocket. I also fitted a clamp ring, made from another old sprocket. We tried it out at Blackbushe on Saturday and it seems to work well. A couple of the sprockets weren't made very well originally and the PCD of the mounting holes wasn't spot on. The Talon ones I bought secondhand off ebay seem the most accurate. I've now got sprockets between 63 and 73 to choose from and hopefully far less hassle swapping them. If they seem small it's because we are using a 16 tooth clutch drum, not sure where we might be able to make use of the 63 quite yet though !
