I presume you are refering to front and rear width rather than diameter.
assuming you are running 130mm fronts and 212mm rears on Bridgestone YDS tyres the distance between inside wheel rims at the front is 850mm and rear 875mm.
A more popular measurement is simply front and rear width against a fixed point. At the front, for example, you will have various spacers on the stub axle (typically 5 and 10mm). Dry set up on standard hubs and rims is typically nothing on the inside except the small silver spacer. At the rear the typical dimension is taken from the bearing carrier out the the face of the rear hub. On the standard LV mag rim the measurement is typically 150mm. The only variable to be aware of with both of these is the offset of the rims if you are not using the Douglas LV mag rims but you simply adjust the measurements to compensate for the difference. The distances between the rims will identify differences.
