18 drivers is a pretty good start, good to see! if it can be sucessful in its first year, get around the 20 driver mark then im sure that effect will snowball next year, personally im glad that martin et all have come up with this series, in some respects prokarting has needed a face lift (dont get me wrong i like current prokarting as it is) but with the dustbin lids and older karts it is seen as the ugly sister whos locked in the room to stop the world seeing her face LOL....but with a good national series, newer karts, no dustbins and some good racing it could really freshen up 4 stroke racings image to the rest of the karting world, which can only be a good thing.....

...hey you never know in a few years time what about joining up with a honda cadet or honda junior national series and running in tandom...
