is getting carried away with all this cheating lark. If Mr Hulacki bought his engine in good faith from a third party, common sense would tell him to at least ring Alan and get a service history, Alan will also tell you who has had the engine from new. And guess what, it doesnt cost a penny.
Also my advice to Mr Hulacki is if you cant afford to get your equipment checked for legality before you use it in a National Championship, maybe you shouldnt be running in a National Championship in the first Place.

We are all responsible for the equipment we use, trying to pass the Blame to someone else is NOT acceptable, Oh and one other thing Mr Hulacki and Son, this is not the first time you have been caught is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
