I know NOTHING about this case but it still seems to be UNDER INVESTIGATION! Until that HAS happened, you are NOT helping anyone with ANY of this stuff!

Trust Klaason and the MSA (!) to SORT IT OUT! They have NOT been a push-over on cheating and I am pretty damned sure that the TRUTH WILL COME OUT! Just BE PATIENT!

God knows if Hulaki19 IS 'Khosher' but, if he was stupid enough to STATE where he got the motor from, they could S*U*E H*I*S A*R*** O*F*F as he will NEVER be able to prove that someone didn't change it AFTER he bought it! How COULD anyone PROVE that he hadn't?????

He sounds ready to take his 'punishment' and you CANNOT ask much more of him!

Just give it TIME and we'll all know!

I do understand his dilemma! If he IS telling the truth, how was he SUPPOSED to check that a second hand motor WAS legal? An 'Ł800' rebuild JUST to check would make these motors, second hand, almost COMPLETELY worthless!
