Hey guys, I'm looking at investing in an Easykart but not to use in the easykart championship.
I want a decent reliable chassis that I can race with either the Easykart 125 engine or a TKM engine in IKR at Hooton park.
This in theory gives me the choice of two different classes I can compete in without the high purchase cost of X30 engine or buying a Rotax engine (which I will never ever do). I alraedy own two TKM motors. I also really like the idea of the easykart engine as an Easy 'Play' kart. Button start n all that jazz
Question 1 - Are there any reasons why I cant fit a BT82 to the Birel chassis?
Question 2 - What sort of pace do these Birel R31s chassis have? Are they ok as I know they are quite an old design? Take into consideration this is IKR and not Super 1.
Question 3 - Are there any reasons that you think this is a terrible idea.
Chassis and engine £800
Thanks
