Simon, in the main this is club racing over a plastic pot. You don't need an appeals process and justice system any more than you need it for sunday league football. I would argue this is what's paralysing the MSA when trying to resolve this issue, which people moan about constantly but apparently isn't improving. Though I take your point that the MSA are trying and apologise for getting that wrong.

If you value that appeals process then fine, MSA is for you but it's important that misconceptions of IKR are dealt with as this is a form of karting that has the potential to provide growth for the sport we all love. I'd rather go home with my kart intact than worry about who was to blame but that's just my opinion. MSA or IKR or something else, it's all horses for courses. Thankfully the options are growing.
