I did my licence renewal online last week and had so many problems getting it to work, got there in the end though.

Anyway today I checked my mobile phone bill and was charged for a package I never took so got that money back and thought it a good idea to check my online bank account. Turns out the MSA have charged me twice for my licence renewal! Again got it back and they were very helpful about it, its an IT issue of theirs but to anyone who has used the online facility already, check your bank statements to make sure the same error hasnt been made.

I'm happy anyways, I'm over Ł50 better off now!
