Yes there is practice on Friday. You get plenty of track time too. I'll probably test on the Friday if I can get the day off of work.

My times were good in the final, 5th fastest if I remember correctly against a quality field. Nobody could touch Danny Graham though and he made us all look slow. I do however, have an extensive list of excuses as to why any decent results are not forthcoming, including at forest. My list is so long it could be published on a toilet roll! Maybe I can borrow Russel's spade to bury the list when I eventually get it all together?!

I can sympathize about learning a new track after I got my ass well and truly kicked on my first visit to shenington last weekend. As I said though, you get quite a lot of track time on the Saturday compared to some places and even more if you rest Friday as well
