I refer to Rye House, the old Hoddesdon Kart Club.
Far be it from me to advertise but at the end of last year the entry was in the 30's and I'd been advocating going to IKR for a couple of years because of the way the scrutineering had been 'executed', that's probably a very accurate word because people were sick and tired of the way they were being treated.
The first meeting in March attracted entries approaching the 70's and judging by the people who came to observe and dare I say SPECTATE! I would say that quite a few more saw the attraction of having a happy laid back day's racing and would be trying it out on the next race day.
I reckon the entries will hit the 90's in April.
No stuffed shirts, no pontificating, no red flags, no paddock full of big awnings, no drop down bumpers, one day only racing.
What's not to like if you just want to enjoy a day karting without stress?
Get an entry in and just try it. You frequently waste £50 odd quid on other junk that you don't really need so it won't break the bank if you try it.
