As there are so many OTK on the market the not nearly new ones go for steal. You might pick up a tidy 2013 for £500 - £600. Earlier this year we picked up a tidy 2012 Tony and have been racing and winning on it all year, stripped it and powdercoated the frame half way through the year and it looks like new, handles well and is straight and true. So maybe an OTK, weld in a torsion bar, netral castor pils and you got a tidy chassis that's easy to set up and fast as soon as you drop it on the track, and there always loads of spares about as they are common, rather thn go for something odd and newer and maybe struggle on set up, spares etc. Check in front of the rear bearing hangers as they can crack where they meet the chassis tube, if you refurbing a frame it pays to run a weld at this joint if it's cracked or not. Also check the tube to the front yokes if it has had a big bump they stress / crack here.
