The Kart Mandatory Table appears to have been put together over a coffee break - poorly thought out and drafted with no proper linkage to the judicial guidelines and no explanations - so Clerks don't understand it.
Simply announce at Drivers Briefing - better still on race entries - that loading will be deemed intentional contact and therefore fall within C1.1.5 Serious - Meeting Exclusion
...and what happens when this is stated? All the drivers kick off! ... or more usually, all the drivers who load or deliberately tap into corners (and their Dads) kick off.
