Rules: Colin Wright was kind enough to forward me a copy.
Debate: I think I have made it clear early on. Decisions should be made by Clubs (only clubs) and nobody should be disenfranchised on the grounds that they are not in physical attendance.
Driver Representative: so the ABkC proposals still unclear and not shared.
BKDA: the discussion centred around whether a single representative would enthusiastically represent the views of its members on issues in which they did not have a direct personal interest.
I go back to: If the clubs were prepared to consult the whose interests they are supposed to represent, then there is no need for an additional Drivers‘ Rep.
S1: There is no reason why S1 should have any vote on any issue when the purpose of the ABkC is to represent the clubs. S1 is a supplier of services to the ABkC and the conflict of interest is there whether you wish to see it or not.
Perhaps you should discuss these points with your club(s) and ensure that they generate consensus and take the appropriate steps on behalf of their members?
