The test is NOT whether the statement is TRUE... the test is if you can PROVE that it's true... they are NOT the same thing!

The next test is not that we can delete something posted by the KKK.... the law doesn't allow them to POST their views.... whether we can delete it or not!

Your original claim seemed to rest on whether it was merely and opinion or not. That's NOT the test.... it is illegal to post an illegal OPINION... e.g. 99.9% of all the views held by KKK personel

The MSA *D*O* have control... As they state, if you say something defamatory (in THEIR opinion) they CAN 'ex-communicate' you!

Your last claim is the daftest:-

I happen to KNOW you are NOT a KKK member and thus you don't hold their CRETINOUS VIEWS but.... if (for the sake if this discussion ONLY) it turned out that you DID hold their opinions about white-supremacy it WOULD be illegal for you to go out in the street and STATE your opinion! You WOULD be following your (simplistic) 'rules' and yet it WOULD still (rightly) be illegal!

People KEEP holding these simnplistic views about 'free speech'! We DO NOT have 'free speech' and even YOU would want curtial MY right to 'free speech' if I told you wanted to run into a crowded cinema and shouting 'FIRE!!!!'!

Just ask that little Welsh ***T who is now doing 56 days for STATING his odious 'opinions' on facebook/twitter (whatever)!

Yes you ARE allowed in law to 'fairly criticise' someone.... except where that criticism breaks laws (e.g., racist comments) OR.... in the case of the MSA.... it breaches the rules of your licence.... That's the same with ALL 'clubs': you can USUALLY be 'expelled' for something which may NOT be against the law but COULD be against the 'club rules'!
