It's utter TRIPE!
First, you have to ask yourself what the words MEAN. Please, can one of you tell me EXACTLY what you mean when you say 'bogging down'. If you have to explain it, it'll make you think about whjt's happening.
To give you a clue, the words USED to be used when a car/kart's revs dropped below the main portion of the power band delivered by the engine. In cars, you simply dropped a gear or used sufficient power to make the wheels spin so that, although you lost adhesion, you kept within the power band. In earlier karts with LOTS of power and b*gg*r-all grip... you could deal with it in the same way.... you simply planted you throttle and SLID out of the corner with spinning wheels. Please tell me how you do that in the DRY on a current ProKart....... They simply do NOT have the power to spin the wheels in the dry using ANY currently raced tyres!
So, explain what is HAPPENING when you describe a kart as 'bogging down'........ compare it to what's happening when you kart is NOT bogging down. Describe it FULLY and clearly. I doubt that two of you will have the same description!
